Hello!

My name is Peter Kang.

I never knew what I was getting myself into when I began studying Industrial Design at Virginia Tech — how I would fall deeply in awe of detailed, user-oriented designs, how I would grow in my faith, or how I would want to use all my strength and ability to help others. I discovered so much about myself and have grown immensely since then. As I pursue a degree at the Reformed Theological Seminary in New York City and work at Living Faith Community Church, I still want to use my creative abilities in some capacity.

Born and raised in the D.C. Metropolitan area, my creativity draws heavily on my experiences growing up as a Korean-American. My main goal as a designer is to unite cultures and bridge gaps between others. I have no real focus on any singular creative skill because I thoroughly enjoy diversifying and combining disciplines to create unique experiences.
